***Broker’s notes*** I flew the return to service flight (7/16) following the 7/2022 annual sign off. This is a very strong and smooth running airplane. Zipped right up to 10,500′ and ran smooth to about 8.5gph (LOP) and just purred along at 9.2gph. Check out the flightaware track log.  With 102 gallons of fuel, I figure I can fly non-stop from KBJC to just about any point in the lower 48.  Mooney 252s are becoming hard to find and this is a gem under $200K
